Mash up a block of tofu and mix in a handful of parsley or basil is nice and fine chopping. Now add 1 / 4 cup each of cornmeal, rolled oats and flour and 1 teaspoon of cumin, paprika and cilantro. To give an extra touch, mix 1 / 2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 / 4 teaspoon ginger and a pinch of cayenne. Once you’ve added 1 / 2 teaspoon salt and a tablespoon of soy sauce, you can shape your patties, and add to skillet with some oil and a clove of crushed garlic. 5 minutes on each side should make a great burger, golden.
Mixed tofuMix: 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin, thyme, 1 / 2 teaspoon dried 1 / 4 teaspoon turmeric, and 3 tablespoons water. Use a large pot sauté four crushed garlic cloves until soft. Crumble the tofu into pieces the size of a bite and roll in the pan. Cook all together for 10 minutes. Stir often you want the tofu to get crispy, but not stick to pan.
